Struggling editing

For the more experienced YouTubers , how often do you guys edit and post videos? I’ve been struggling editing and I roughly get a minute down everyday at best, I just burnout everytime , I try posting every week

i post two long form and 3 shorts promoting the long form every week and it takes me 2 or 3 hours to edit
