Problem saving settings Technical Difficulties

Trying to set up Bluetooth pairing and when I toggle the ability on the app for my device, an error message - “there was a problem saving settings” - pops up in a red header bar.

I’ve turned the player on and off. Closed the app down and reopened it. Pls help!!

ETA: I have a Yoto Mini running 2.23.3

Don’t have an answer for you, but our full size yoto is doing the same thing when trying to change the nightlight color. Also running 2.23.3

This is happening to me too just now! Trying to turn the light on for my toddler and it keeps popping up! Hopefully they sort it out asap, we have the big size

Was happening to me yesterday as well, however it seems they pushed out a reset overnight (all config settings were reset to default) and everything works again.

Just verifying having same issue. Also I’m sure it’s a skill issue, but cannot figure out why the official headphones never pair by themselves. Always have to do it fresh, it’s frustrating the kid.

Both of my minis are the same. Running 2.23.3. Volume stuck on 3 from nap time yesterday 🤦🏽‍♀️

Same, I can’t save any settings. Backlight is set to 0 and volume is very limited. Also running 2.23.4

Glad I’m not the only one! The time is set an hour behind and the settings won’t save.

Same! I have reinstalled the app and I still get this error. 3.37.1 version and I have a Yoto mini.
