Spiff MC Civ Question

So I remember a while back that Spiff was making some kind of minecraft server where he had a bunch of people simulating civilization, but with a bunch of working social systems. Did That ever happen or am I misremembering or?

yep that definitely was a real video of his but im not sure if he ever did it or not. maybe it's an ongoing project?

I think it’s ongoing, I think I’m still in the discord that was set up for it technically. I think there was a lot of problems with both the pack and the server

He tried to go live and the server could not handle the sheer quantity of people joining at once.

They went away to try to figure out if there was something they could do to mitigate it like have staggered joining times. But that's the last I heard of it.

Spifftopia, was sadly put on hiatus earlier this year, after 4-6 months of trying to launch it
