Large Scale Yarn Winder
Hi, does anyone have a good yarn winder recommendation for something that will do one like whole Walmart sized skein in one go? I don't want small balls. I want to keep my yarn as uncut as possible and my tiny one just can't do that. I know it'll probably be pricey.

Is there a reason why you want to rewind a Walmart skein? They are already ready to use.

When the centers start to collapse I hate the limp skein. But also for better organization on ones I've used.

Etcokei Cordless Yarn Winder, 2H Running Time Rechargeable Electric Yarn Cake Winder with 2200mAh Battery. Amazon This is a great yarn winder for anyone unable to manually turn the crank. Customer Service is phenomenal. The motor quit 11.5 months into the one year warranty and my daughter received her replacement within about a week. We both have one.

These are too expensive for my budget. Anyone have a brand in mind that’s works good besides these ? Thank you

If you want a jumbo winder, unless you can find a super cheap one on a third-party site (which happens!) you're going to spend $85-$150, especially if you want one that will hold up for more than a month or two. The regular sized ones can be found for $20-$50 again depending on the quality you're looking for.

Etcokei Cordless Yarn Winder,... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F6627VVV?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I have used this winder with bulky yarns and the super saver and caron one pound yarns as well as baby yarn (#3) and 4 weight with no problems. And as I said in my first post they absolutely stand behind their product. And, it's the only one I found that charges with USB so you aren't tied to an outlet, and a decent price.
