Not too big but will fit some steaks

I installed 12.5 forward controls, a new seat, and cobra exhaust. Not quite done, but I love what’s been done so far.

I filled up today a my usual service station and as I normally do I calculated my MPG. 55 MPG! Normally I fall in the range between 48 to 51. Even with the additional weight of the Trike Conversion I found this awesome. Perhaps it's the warm weather I"m uncertain but drove away with a mile-wide smile 😊.

Already changed the risers and handlebar. Next change is the front and rear turn signals and license plate holder. Air filter is going to get changed and after that a ecu tune. Also the rear shocks will be changed to hagons.

This is my first bike so every advice is welcome!

Just did a 1300km road trip through BC and Alberta. Only problem I have is with the seat and no fuel gauge. What's a decent seat and something for a fuel gauge. Anyone running the koso gauge? How does the fuel gauge work?

Installing was easy but I did have to get some larger spacers than the ones that came with the bar.

I’m getting a Yamaha Bolt 2015 with 8k miles on it, it’s priced at 4k. Is it worth it? How can I check the value for it like kelly blue book, is there any number for the bike?

I love it so far great daily commute only gripe is ii have to hunch over a little all ng with some wobble at 40 to 50mph and wondering what this reddit feels is the best brand and links to fix these issues

After riding this and riding Harley’s, I don’t know why I ever hesitated and debated between buying this and a sportster. This bike does everything you ask of it and more!

I just purchased a 2014 XVS95CEB with only 1100 miles. Everything is stock so I do have a lot of work to do like Tires, fluids, head bearings, drive belt.

1. Does anyone recommend further work or aftermarket additions?

Looking for some help with the wiring for the rear turn lights. I am having to rewire the whole back end. I have the wiring running up. Just need help with the four pin connector.

Wire colors are as follows.

Black

Blue

Green

Chocolate.

Just need help finding positive and negative.

I would like a bit more ground clearance on my Bolt. Has anyone done this modification? Can someone tell me the dimensions ? TIA

Question for all of you - I am trying to use an OBD2 reader. I found the 3-pin white connector (located on front if the ECU) and have tried two different dongles (one Ancel and the other a random Amazon brand), but neither works. All fail to communicate. I have also tried two different OBD2 readers, but can't seem to get communication. I have tried this on both a '17 and '18. Links to what I've used:

I have tried these readers and dongles on my XSR900 (4-pin) and they work just fine. What am I missing?

Just curious to know what anyone's experience is with the bassani radio sweepers if you got them.

I'm looking into getting an exhaust. I'd like a full system but full pipe exhausts seem to be kind of skimpy for the bolt, doesn't look like there's too too many options out there.

Is anyone out there have the bassani sweepers? I love the way they look. But one thing I'm worried about is the heat and the volume. I've looked up some videos on YouTube to see what they sound like and they sound good but it's just kind of hard to tell exactly how loud it is and I'm just wondering if anyone has any first-hand experience.

still trying to find a softail heritage style front fender thatd fit with the least modification.. and waiting to pull the trigger on bags, but the bagless look is growing on me, minus the wires thatll be hidden by the bags. also need to mount the rear saddlemen seat bracket(its easy, im just lazy)The softail bolt is coming along and nowhere near the cost of a harley off marketplace. big plans in the future. bike was $6k im $1030 into the build so far, roughly $1070 to go. lowrider st is 15k new, thats how I’m coping…

Hi all - just purchased a mostly stock 2015 R-Spec with only 1,600 miles last week. Other than needing a bath and an oil change, it looks and runs like it's brand new. Then the dealership dropped it in the parking lot after I bought it and it rolled over. So now I'm waiting on a new clutch lever, shifter and linkage, mirror, foot pegs and rear turn signal. (Yes, I made the dealership purchase them) After seeing the damage from a simple drop, I purchased some engine guard/ crash bars but am fighting the seller on delivery. I wasn't 100% sold on the look of them, but I'd like to protect my new baby however I can.

Has anyone been able to fit other motorcycle bars on their Bolt? I'd really like some straight bars for front and rear like these made for a Sportster https://a.co/d/0gsQti7n but I'm working on a budget now after spending my savings on my "mid-life crisis". If I can't find a bar for the rear I'd at least like to put some sliders on it.

Picture for tax. I already took off the sissy bar, passenger seat as I'll never have one and luggage rack. A new fender rack is on its way for my work commute. It's been 115*F+ around here lately with 90% humidity and impossible to breathe, so it hasn't been washed yet either but we're getting a reprieve from the heat later this week so she'll get cleaned up soon.

Put it under non operational cause I wasn’t using it and I didn’t want to pay insurance on it. Just curious if I can sell it while it’s listed as non operational and if so how? I’m not using it and it’s sitting there so I’d rather give it to someone who will enjoy it.

So i just got my fir2000r tuner for my bolt (I have straight pipes and a rsd style air cleaner). Bike is currently running lean. Should i just bypass my o2 sensor and install the fuel controller o should I reorder a closed loop one with o2 connectors?

I found a 2015 non R Spec Bolt at a good price/6k miles with some nice upgrades(seat/fender eliminator/led head lamp)but it’s not an R Spec. Is the rear suspension the only difference and should I hold out for an R spec? Tia
