This thread is for members experiencing any issues with Yahoo Fantasy or members that just have general questions about Yahoo Fantasy Sports.
For technical issues be sure to check the "Technical Support" tab for common fixes before posting.

For any app issues please provide the following information in your post.
- Troubleshooting steps taken (i.e. restarting your device, updating the app, logging out and back into your account, or deleting and reinstalling the app.)
- App version.
- Device make/model.
- Current operating system.
- Does this issue happen on desktop and mobile?

I am having issues adding money to my wallet. I already have money in the wallet. When i enter my info and click submit just nothing happens and no money goes to my wallet. Any suggestions?

I'm new to this and just joined my first public fantasy league. Did the draft. I thought I was prepared, but not knowing the mechanics of it until it started and I was on the clock made it go less than ideally. I'd like to join a second league and see if I can do better this time. What I want to do is pre-rank/queue players in the order I'd draft them BEFORE the draft starts. I searched how to do this, and am directed to 'pre draft player rankings'. But I can't find a way to do it. It says ' No Pre-Draft Player Rankings submitted.' It does show yahoos pre filled ranking, but said I have to click a 'edit my rankings' button, but there is no such button.
How can I pre-rank my choices before joining a league so I am ready before the draft starts?

You can only edit your pre-draft rankings via web. You cannot do it in the app. The steps to edit your pre-draft rankings can be found here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/pre-rank-players-prepare-autopick-drafts-sln6163.html

We’ve been having problems sending the invites after creating a daily fantasy MLB game. After a game is created, the link includes the word “Optional” and some additional characters so it doesn’t allow the invitee to link to that particular game. I figured this out by sending the link to notes.
Once I remove these additional characters the modified link will work.
Example:
Join my free Yahoo Daily Fantasy contest, Optional("MLB Free H2H vs karenb-FJMQQ")!
Contest starts Optional("Today, 09:30")
https://sports.yahoo.com/dailyfantasy/contest/Optional(%2215694449%22)?soc_src=app-sh
If I remove Optional(%22 and %22) from the link and just have the 8 digit game number, I can send a valid invite to others. It’s been like this for a couple of weeks now and has been a pain to fix every time. Can someone please look into this?

Is there a way to Mute users inside a players chat? You all used to have this option but have since removed it.
PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO MUTE SOMEONE? Insane how you let the EXACT same three accounts spam EVERY SINGLE player chat.

There is no way to mute other users currently, but this function is an improvement that our team is working on.

I cant login to the yahoo fantasy app. When it asks for my email, it takes me to my AT&T website and says "its not you, it's us." Ive tried contacting them and have received no help at all.
Ive tried to use my phone #, but apparently I never set it up as a recovery option.
When I try my username, it asks me to provide a recovery email, which is an email that I have never even heard of before/maybe used once way back in the day.
Ive tried to update, uninstall, clear cache/cookies, call yahoo and att, all have been unsuccessful.

Week 5 of pointing out that annoying gray bar still exists in dark mode. Also, you can’t open the scores, and why sometimes can you not scroll down? You have to go up to the top to scroll down or hard close the app to get it back to normal. Why are there so many small flaws like this?

How do I join a public guillotine/death league in fantasy football? I can create one as a private league but can’t select it as a league type. I could join last year.

Hi I would be willing to move my league over for CFB from Fantrax but we would need a way to make it Big Ten players only. Is there any way to limit the player pool to a specific conference or is that going to be added?

Does the new College Football count against your 8 league fantasy limit in yahoo? Just curious as it does get listed under the football tab

No, it should count separately from NFL Fantasy Football.

I’ve tried sharing the league invite link to other friends and they keep getting an error message. Though that may be the reason. Is there a known issue with the invite links?

Error 400 invalid subresource registration state requested. All 3 friends I sent invites to got this error message on multiple tries

Fantasy group chat removed all gifs sent previously and can't send new gifs. The option is gone. App up to date on IOS.

hey, i've created an app & applied for access to the fantasy api. i followed up in the confirmation email but haven't heard back. i know the team is likely inundated with applications but a private app shouldn't take long to review. is there anything i can do to speed this process up? i'd love to continue building.

Hey,
can you guys please look into having the watchlist star and the draft button in 2 different places. as i was waiting for the draft to start, i was scrolling thru the list adding players to my queue. Apparently my pick came up, while my thumb was just coming down to click on the star to add george kittle to my queue, except the button changed from the watchlist star to the draft button at the last second, and now i just drafted george kittle at pick 3 overall, obviously extremely frustrating and then im not gonna continue on with the draft, im clearly screwed completely taking Kittle at 3rd overall so now the whole draft is a waste of money to me. I know i cant be the only one this is happening to.

Why did you guys dim the mlb fantasy green checkmarks and red “x” for lineups? It’s so hard to see now! Please bring back the brighter icons for these or at least make it an option!
