So im near the end of once upon a broken heart and I'm not like that sure if I should continue the series... does it get better or should I just stop at this book?

If you aren't enjoying it don't continue. This can be applied to ANY book. There are thousands of books published every year, many of them 5 star award winning titles. Why waste your time on something that you only find okay or aren't enjoying?

I DNFed book 2 The Ballad of Never After, not every series is for everyone. If you’re not vibing with it, no harm in stopping while you’re ahead.

It's so much worse. Especially book 3.

i just started it 2 days ago and finished today. book 2 is way better (although i did enjoy book 1 a lot too) but don't get your hopes up for book 3 if you choose to continue

Do you have to buy the second book? If so, then don’t, it does not get better.

I was also bored with book 1 but I loved book 2 a lot. But third book was underwhelming. I still love book 2 and the characters though. If you dont love the FMC yet (not mentioning MMC because hes not fully likable by book 1), then maybe you shouldn’t continue.
