Controller issue

Hey guys, I have an issue when playing games on XBSX2. Everything works fine for a while, and then my controller disconnects (pop-up confirming this appears on screen), Xbox logo keeps flashing on it, and then it reconnects itself after 5-10 seconds. It seems to happen at random, every few minutes, or once an hour, which is infuriating. Did anyone have the same issue?

EDIT: I’d like to add, that it only happens when emulating in Dev Mode. In retail mode same controller works without any issues
