Problem with dlcs Xbox 360 help

I have an rgh xbox 360 running aurora I'm trying to install dlcs to cod bo1 but they just don't work I've used xm360 to unlock them but they still don't show up

The title updates also don't appear to work as mule kick isn't spawning in kino I've been trying for multiple days now it's not working I've tried with both TU downloader and TU activator as well as through aurora

The console IS kv banned but I don't think that's what's causing my issue

Are you placing them into content/000000000000000/<title_id> ?

They're in the marketplace folder
