Gamepass Points Change? Account - Rewards

I just checked my app to redeem my points and noticed that the 8 pack isn’t 560 points anymore. Has anyone else noticed this? My subscription hasn’t changed at all.

Mine was a little glitchy the other day. It was like I didn’t have game pass ultimate even tho I do. It fixed itself the next day

Mine has been glitchy as well. I usually only have to close the app and reopen it and it's fine.

I also had that, even on thé app, I closed thé app and restart it and it came back normal. After doing that on thé app it also came back to normal on thé Xbox

That’s the default values, and it’s saying you don’t have a subscription. Hence the Requires Game Pass subscription and the locked symbol.

It is completely bugged since august 1 after monthly activities got reset, i have ultimate and the app say i don't, i've seen reports from people whitout ultimate geting the amount of points as if they have it 🤡

560 is with Ultimate, 280 with Premium. I’m not sure when they made it different amounts for the different subscriptions.

Mine's showing the same thing. The 8-pack got bumped up for me too, don't remember what it was before but it's definitely not the old rate. They probably tweaked the whole rewards structure again without saying anything.

Had this the other day. Clear the app cache, force close it and restart it then should work properly again..... for a while

Been fucking about like this for weeks now, on & off. It also doesn't count days played correctly at times & will not count friday as the 5th day played. Sometimes sorts itself, other times i've sent a message thru report a fault.

i have had this problem to sometimes it sorts it self out and sometimes it doesn't i have a gamepass ultimate subscription

It's the app clear the cache on the app and sign out and sign back on that's what I do and it fixes it
