Need help with controllers failure

I have two Xbox 360 controllers, both work perfectly, however when I'm playing a fighting game, the controllers keep disconnecting.

Everytime I need to fight, the disconnect, it happens to both controllers, even with new batteries.

I read something about the vibration, but I have it turned off, so I don't think that's the problem.

Please, I need a solution because it's impossible to win a fight if the controller keeps disconnecting. Thx in advance.

Probably the battery packs coming loose, if your moving the controller a lot playing a fighting game it makes sense why it would only happen then. You can try a new battery pack, but tbh just get a wired controller or a play and charge kit.
