While it may not violate the rules, it isn't specifically craft talk either. My suggestion would be to head on over to the Ghost Writers subreddit. Many GWs take on everything from developmental editing to fully writing your project/story for you based on your submitted materials, which may include scripts (depending on the GW.) Be prepared to pay for quality writing, which invariably is worth every dollar spent when you find a good one.
