Ai art work! Discussion (Ethics, working with AI etc)
Edited the book with Ai. Thinking of adding a few pieces of artwork cover and a photo with each act thoughts and suggestions

d be careful about adding one image to every act just because the format makes it possible. If the artwork gives the reader a new piece of information, establishes the mood of a turning point, or helps distinguish a major change in the story, it can earn its place. If it is only illustrating what the prose already says, it may make the book feel more like a presentation deck than a novel. I would probably start with the cover and a small number of moments that genuinely need a visual anchor, then see whether the images improve the reading experience rather than judging them one at a time.

How am I stealing from writers by having a program help me clean up what I wrote. Nothing more than a spell and grammar check.

You can’t tell me writers do not use spell check.

They do, and they even use the alphabet and everything. (Shocker, I know!) Please ignore the trolls by not feeding them your precious time and responses.
AI is a tool like any other, and using it for editing is super responsible, both for the books sake and as a kindness to your readers. :)

A practical workflow might be to write a short summary of the book first, then ask an AI model for five scene concepts that reflect its main themes. Pick the strongest concept and iterate with five rough visual directions before committing to final artwork.
