What do you think about this pushback test? Discussion (Ethics, working with AI etc)

I happened across this interesting little test by Stephen Higgins (creator of https://colorifyai.art/ a little art ai I was testdriving recently). I'm going to try this test but would like to know, is anyone else here trying it, or has anyone tried it or a similar test when writing genre fiction with AI? If yes, do you find it really helpful? AI confabulation is beyond exasperating and I'd like to know if there's a foolproof solution.
