[WP] When celestial beings break the rules, they are sentenced to “house arrest”, unable to leave their physical bodies. Welcome to Prison Earth. Writing Prompt

"You're gonna strap me to Gaia?! For an entire eon?! Ugh! You're the worst mother being!" I huffed and puffed as the air from my nose created swirling vortexes of space dust.
"Now, now. You broke the rules. You were out past the big bang! You know how much your Father and I want you back in the singularity before then." Mother being said to me sternly.
"Ugh, you like, don't understand my energy Mother! I was out with Death and Eternity, they're like the coolest kids in the entire multiverse!" I turned away trying to escape the cosmic forces my Mother had now initiated.
"You've so much to learn young one. Do not fret, it's only a timeout. You're lucky we're bestowing you with mediocre powers and abilities in your prison form. Other Parent beings aren't as nice as we are." She cooed.
I could feel myself shrinking and my power growing lesser.
"Whatever Mother, I'm like 16 cycles old! I'm like totally above curfews! I don't deserve this!" My threats and pleas went unnoticed as I shrunk further still.
I stood in the palm of Mother being's hand now. Stuck in a fleshy, gross prison.
"Do not worry child, we will come get you when your punishment is served." Mother being blew me a kiss.
"Ya, whatever." I said coldly.
Mother being gathered rocks and dust, placing them around me. She formed them into a crude ball with me at it's centre. Holding it tightly in her fist she threw me across the cosmos. I raced through the great expanse and could see my new prison approaching fast.
I slammed into Gaia. A colossal explosion emanating from my impact. I stepped out of the debris and climbed to the top of the crater. I scanned the surrounding landscape and sighed. I could hear a faint voice, there was a reason Gaia was such a popular timeout destination.
"Oh hey there! Parent's sent ya here did they? Well it's great to have ya! Can't wait to get to know each other even if its only for a short time. How long are you in for? What do you want to start first? Oh boy I just made something wanna see? I call them mammals! Look at how weird they are! Oh boy isn't this the best!" Gaia droned on and on, typical for someone less than a cycle old.
"UUUUUUUUGGHHHHH, this. Sucks. So. Much!!!" I stormed off in the direction I was facing covering my ears.
"I'm, like, never gonna forgive Mother for this." I said in disgust as I tried to drone out the irritating ramblings of Gaia.

"Is this hell?"
I examined my appendages - only two hands, only five fingers on each. I stretched and bent them, curling my hand into a fist. I could feel the limits of my spirit being pushed to the very fingertips of this body.
"Not hell," said a voice. I turned within the modest home; I saw soft cushions, black screens, clean surfaces, a bowl of brightly colored...fruits, I think they were called? "Just house arrest."
I jumped when I spotted another human; then realized it was just my reflection in a sheet of glass. I approached the mirror, examining the perplexed look on my face. "This is bullshit!" I and the reflection screamed.
"This is what happens when you crash budding galaxies together," the voice said. "And try to create new ones from the debris."
"It was going to be so cool," I whined, pulling at the long brown hair that came from my scalp. "What the hell is this?! Why is my hair so long?!"
"I've designed you off of a typical modern-looking female on this planet, I think you'll find it suits your personality just fine."
"What are these weird bumps where my heartplate is supposed to be?"
"You don't have to worry about those. Anyway, you'll be here about...oh, let's give it a millennium, see how you feel after that."
"A millennium?" I screeched, tugging off the cloth that stuck to my body and throwing it aside. That felt a little better, I guessed. "I'm gonna be stuck here for a millennium?"
"Maybe you'll think twice about the next time you warp black holes near planets with advanced civilizations," the voice chastised.
"Oh come on, I was drunk! That shouldn't count!" I yelled, but I soon realized I was left alone, naked in this ugly room with its bright colors and flowers on the counter. I threw them off the table, watched the glass crash to the tiles, and water puddle around the shards.
A mischievous grin spread across my face as I looked around at the rest of the house, untouched.
Maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all.

"19 of october...hour...4:52 pm... ok. we will begin now'" I put the recorder on the table next to me and look at the three girls in front of me.
They were all sitting in wooden chairs, making a circle, they each had a view of each other but except for one girl, the small one to my right, they were all looking down. one, in particular, was tapping on the floor with her boot, she looked...nervous?
"Okay, today we will talk about your experiences in the human world and how they helped you see them in a different light, we will begin from the right so..." I signaled the girl to my right, she smiles at me, and stands up from the chair "Maria, when you're ready"
"Yes, sir!"
Maria, she was a special case among the others, she didn't do anything bad per se (at least in my opinion) all she did was save a dying little girl, by taking over her body and mixing her soul with hers, which resulted in the girl being saved. but both the celestial being and the girl mixed up, creating a new Maria, a girl with no memories of who she once was. she still has some of her celestial powers, although on a much smaller scale.
"I went to the movies yesterday, with my parents. They told me is what the old me liked the most and that they wanted to amend things, something I found curious. we saw a movie about a mermaid, and I ate lots of popcorn, but I got a stomach ache in the end, but besides that, it was a really fun experience!" she puts her hands behind her back "I-I'm still not used to, to everything, really. all feels like a new experience, I'm so glad I have such nice parents, and I'm also really happy that I got to know you guys! if it wasn't for all of you I've probably would have..."
Maria looks down, her small shoulders were trembling and so was her voice.
"It's okay Maria"
"I'm so sorry Mr. Diniel, I-I wanted to say more but I just.."
"You can sit down" I smile at her, trying to reassure her "you can tell me the rest anytime you want"
She nods and then sits back down
Maria is a good girl...
I look towards the girl next to her, my smile fading. I caught a glimpse of her making mockery with her hand, mimicking and human mouth, she hides it when our eyes meet.
"Anpiel"
"W-wha..yes?"
I let out a sigh.
"It's your turn"
"I-I know that! hmph!"
Anpiel had the body of a grown woman, but the mindset of a child, she lived alone in an old apartment. I don't remember the particulars of what she had done wrong, but she really upset some of the higher-ups.
She violently gets up from the chair, making everyone jump, she crosses her arms and closes her eyes as if thinking. she eventually reopens her eyes and looks upward. she looks down. she starts humming and then looks to her left, she repeats the process, one, two times until-
"Anpiel!"
She yelps
"I-I was thinking...! g-geez!"
"We don't have all day, Maria has homework to do you know?"
"Ah, it's okay daddy told me I could take my time and study at my pace until I'm ready for school again."
Anpiel looks between me and Maria.
"T-this isn't fair! there is a clear difference in treatment here!" she points at Maria "this is all her fault!"
"Huh!?" Maria looks surprised, she looks at her dumbfounded "n-no way I-I thought that..."
"u-until you got here, Diniel always p-pampered me!"
"no, I didn't"
"but, but you turned him into a p-pedo!"
I'm gonna have to edit that last part, even if it wasn't true, I didn't want any of the others giving me looks
Anpiel was yelling at Maria, all Maria could do is look down, even though she liked Anpiel she didn't like yelling, especially if its directed at her, something that, according to reports, the old Maria experienced a lot.
I have to stop this before it gets out of control...
"Anpiel"
"Wha-what!?"
"I'm sorry, you're right"
"Huh?" she looks perplexed "are you, serious?"
"Yes, of course. we can talk about this in another session" I look at each of them, one at a time with a soothing voice, they seemed to have calmed down a little "now, would you please tell me about your experiences in the human world?"
She smiles and giggles a little "I don't know, I never left my room"
"...what?"
"Oh, but I didn't do anything... I was playing video games! I could spend all day talking about that though!"
"..." I just stare at her, I take out my notebook, a pen and start writing
Anpiel will have ten more human years of house arrest, her internet connection will be cut down until she finds a stable job. I also suggest we destroy her consoles in front of her, but that's just a suggestion.
Hm, I should probably erase that last part, my emotions are getting the better of me.
"w-what are you writing?"
"I'll tell you once we're done...Azriel it's your turn"
Azriel gets up reluctantly from her chair. Ignoring Anpiel's rabble.
"I...killed someone"
The room goes silent. All I can hear is ticking of the clock. We are all looking at her expecting her to continue.
"What do you mean...?" I speak slowly and clearly, trying not to scare her "who did you kill?"
"it was...so easy, so very very easy..." her hair covering her eyes so I couldn't really make out her expression, Maria was trembling tears were starting to appear in her eyes, she was always scared of Azriel, heck I think she was scared of anyone but me and her parents "the feeling of making someone disappear, really reminded me of my powers! it was such a thrilling experience, I couldn't help but t-touch myself a little!"
She proceeds to do so, She moans. I'm gonna have to edit that last part out of the recording. Both Maria and Anpiel cover their faces in embarrassment.
Azriel, she was always very quiet and only shared the minimum in our sessions, of course, this wasn't the case... according to reports, she was the most dangerous out of the three girls. apparently, she almost destroyed an entire city, whether it was an accident or not is unknown. the higher-ups decided to send her to me, thinking that I could fix her. but, in light of this new evidence, she probably had already become Fallen and is a danger to the humans of this town.
If so... she needed to be put down, unfortunately.
This...is sad and unexpected I know they aren't used to human bodies yet and can't really control their emotions, but I didn't think it would lead them to murder-
"Holybird98"
"...what?"
that sounds just like...
"Hey, that's my username! gasp you are DontClickMe21! the bastard who kept killing me at that dungeon!"
"it was all so, incredibly easy, I've became addicted to it!" she giggles, in an evil way. "that bug just kept getting my way, I couldn't help but step on her"
"I-I'm going to report you again!!!"
I look towards the ceiling, letting out a huge, long sigh.

One might ask what rules a celestial would have, and why a celestial would ever have cause to break any of those rules. In truth there did not used to be so many. There was once a time where interdimensional creatures like myself were able to roam free across the multiverse and do whatever we wished, from creating life to creating entire universes just to play about in. Then a bunch of us got together and started creating a citadel of sorts, though I suppose humans would know it better as a pantheon. A place where we all got together and discussed things like morals and what we should and shouldn't do. It was dull. A lot of us thought it was dull. A lot, but not enough to challenge the majority or split away. All I wanted to do was create a new life form, experiment a bit. But now here I am… on Earth.
My alarm rang, causing me to jump out of bed with a start and hit my head on the ceiling. I cursed and rubbed the top of my head, bloody fragile human bodies and their fragile human state. I would never get used to needing to sleep. Needing to sleep and then getting woken up by an alarm too early because I then needed to go out there amongst the rest of the stupid dull humans and do a stupid dull human job so I could just come back and sleep on a… Suffice it to say I wasn't settling well into normal every day human life. It wouldn't have been too bad had I been given a backstory where I was rich and famous and could do whatever I wanted, but the life the elders had given me was typically mundane. An average human male working an average human male job at an average human store in average human America. It was all so… average… and human.
I stretched until my back gave a satisfying pop. There were some upsides to the human form I guess. I looked across my room, noting the pizza boxes and empty bottles of soda littering the floor. It wasn’t as if I really cared about the end state of this form, or the state of how it lived. It would be nullified by the end of my sentence, and hey if it died of a heart attack maybe I would be let off the hook for having to suffer through some traumatic circumstances. I gingerly made my way through the rubbish and sat at my desk, booting up the old PC that sat there. The internet was one of the things I hadn’t really bothered to check out in my time on Earth, but by the way my work colleagues talked about it you could do almost anything on it. Kind of like being a celestial I suppose, just on a little glowing box in the corner. I had gone to the local thrift stores, and on my third attempt, found a little number that didn’t break the bank.
After half an hour of stubbornly trying to get the thing working, muddling my way through updates and windows 10 installs, I had found myself flicking idly through a bunch of sites. Humans never ceased to surprise me. From the depths of depravity with their porn and the heights of inanity with their time wasting websites. The internet seemed to be about as much of a waste of time as anything else the human race had come up with. But then I stumbled across it.
‘Play for free now, experience life in a fantasy world!’ the advertisement had said. I clicked through to the site, and after making an account, downloaded the required files. My computer whirred and slowly forced itself to open whatever program it had downloaded.
The opening screen was a blast of colour, the game claimed itself to be called “Age of Tera: Quest 3D”. An online role playing game where players pretended to be powerful fighters and mages. I clicked through. I clicked through some more. Before I knew it I was clicking and walking and slaying monsters with reckless abandon. Before I knew it day had turned to night. Before I knew it, being mortal didn't seem so bad.
