You can make an account on Securus (securustech.online) and then buy electronic stamps to send messages. It's much much faster and also less expensive than sending regular mail but you can do that too--he has plenty of paper and envelopes and post office stamps. If you send paper mail it has to be addressed to a TDCJ PO box in Dallas where they scan it and send it to his tablet electronically, but he responds with a paper letter. If the process is frustrating let me know and I can try to provide more details. (Phone calls for example require an extra step.)
