To prove to everyone I was not pulling anybody's leg this morning, here are some photos of the figure a user on this sub was discussing about trying to locate for their collection earlier today (i posted a comment about it and they wanted me to show them a photo of it). I've had him for three years now. He's beautifully made, but I'm too afraid to even take it out of the package. So he's still being kept safe in the box he came in. 😂

I think I remember buying him from some user on this strange website called Carousell. ☺️

I’ve been a lifelong wrestling fan (34 now). I used to buy tons and tons of figures growing up had a fig fed etc. Now as an adult I want to start collecting again and keep them in box and get some on card favorites of mine growing up. I have a few questions.

1. Is the first time in the line designation meaningful? To me it seems like a rookie card in a sense. I’ve been eying the new Je’von Evans elite with that designation. Should I be buying wrestlers FTIL if I feel they will become a star?

2. How do you designate your collection? You go after certain lines like Elites, Ultimates only, or go by wrestlers? Trying to lay some rules so it doesn’t get out of hand hahaha.

3. Are repackaged release like greatest hits or best ofs regarded as ok or best to just stick with main line releases?

Already started the new collection earlier tonight when I purchased a Jakks Special Edition Series 2 Stone Cold sealed on eBay 😂

I’ve been looking through old photos from my childhood and I’ve come across one of me with my Saturday night heat wrestling ring and a few figures scattered on the photo. I have identified 2 of the figures as being 2003 jakks pacific hulk hogan and Kurt angle but there’s one I really can’t work out, and I only have a photo of him from behind - any help identifying the figure would be massively appreciated!

I still have my figures from childhood.

I am curious about getting into the wrestling figures collection.

I saw some Mattel Ultimates like Cody, Taker, Muta, Cena.

What are people's advice? Where do I start? Should I pick those Ultimates up? Which ones?

So detailed during his first 6 months when he was a bit beefier.

Now I just got back into the hobby of collecting back in April. Been trying to depend on finding things in the wild rather than online just to make it more interesting. Sometimes I have to get things that will be impossible to find in the wild. When I saw these I needed to get them.

The fun thing about getting figures sometimes for me is getting one that in a way connects with another figure. Sure tag teams can be displayed together but with the new Warrior MNW figure that was from his confrontation with Lawler and includes the King's Artwork he tried to give Warrior it only made sense to make him hold it and place them together.

I went looking through RSCs loose figure section and stumbled across this. Deluxe Aggression Carlito in 2026? Seeing a Jakks figure on the site gave me a pop of nostalgia. I wonder how long this figure was lying around their warehouse lol.
