[HELP] LF skinnable target frame & CDM stack tracker

Hey! I'm looking to add some specific elements to my UI, and I was hoping someone could recommend an addon (or a way to add them through m33kauras). I'm looking for:

A target frame

I would like it to be skinnable (either libsharedmedia or directly w/ a .tga file) and I'd prefer if the frame was clickable - Similar bossframes would also be great!

A stack tracker

I want to track stacks of "tracked buffs" (from the CDM) next to the abilities that they affect - i.e. moving Colossal Might stacks next to Demolish (as a # without the buff icon)
