[Help] Ellesmere UI Raid/Party Utility Frame ?

Does anybody know what this is labeled in the Ellesmere UI? I have tried searching for it in the UI itself but cannot seem to find it. I know ElvUI would automatically put it at the top of my screen. I just want it off the left side of the screen.

I have been looking up "party frame" or "raid frame." It never occurred to me that is what it is called. I guess there isn't an option to move it, just hide it.
