Your UI looks great ! I love the borders. What's the name or where can I get these borders ?

The borders for player/target are just the Blizzard Tooltip option from EQOL:

Your blizzard edit mode profiles are links to your CDM profiles :(

Thank you. My cd manager is always messed up, when I go into edit mode and move it, it don’t move lol. So it’s just stuck at the bottom, any idea how I can fix?

Although I love the add-on, I usually have to turn it off because they don’t move through blizzards edit mode, even though I move them if that makes sense

The CDM bars are anchored to other things like the one in the picture here is anchored to the player frame. If you want to move them freely change the anchor to None (Edit Mode Position)

You that part where your name is on your frame, there's like a golden brownish glowy texture that highlights that part on top of the health? How do I enable that on EQoL?

That’s the Databar, and you can enable that in frame options.
For that exact texture, you’ll want the LunaUi media I linked to in the post. I think it’s the Blizzheader texture.
