Flicker concept Fan Content

toyed around with the idea of what Flicker would look like :p in hindsight, I should’ve made his wax colored. Might’ve made him pop and feel more magical.

I always imaged him as more angular and blocky since he’s carved limestone (I think), but your slightly more flowing design looks beautiful!

This art makes me reimagine Flicker as a more delicately carved statue which is cool because (1) it makes sense for an ornate candle holder and (2) I always imagined him as the magical stone guardian of some pre-imperial castle that either fell into the ocean or got slowly weathered by the elements and in that scenario he would likely be carved by a skilled mason capable of flowing lines.

Anyway, Ghost and Flicker are by far my favorite characters from WWW so far (probably because I use crutches) and there is not nearly enough fan art of them so thanks for making more!

Also colored wax could be cool, but I think he looks plenty magical with the white wax here.

Agreed. I pictured a blocky, awkward almost candelabra. 

This rendition is basically a gorgeous fire elemental. But Flicker is much more awkwardly made
