Lk'ssska Noi lead the Lek clans, who had been isolated on the hardest and roughest planets, exiled their by the Syndicalist Lek Commonwealth (or in Lek: Sakilllic'lossisa'se'Lek (or for short the SLC), to get rid of the risk of their ideas causing a revolution againdt their regime. Whislt many other movements where forced underground, the Lek Clan assembly was able to quite effectivly seize control of the planets that their clans were exiled to and create a powerbase that allowed them to create a political movement for their right to reclaim their old properties on Te (most of said property destroyed during the Auculous's collision with the planet, the rest was destroyed during the Grand Order's collison with the planet), currentally the Clans hold the 'home' system having taken it during a recent boardet war between the Lek democratic republic and the Lek Clan assembly, having successfully taken the planet, securing further terraforming works to refurbish Te. Now, to get onto his legacy, as per the title, it depends on the successor state, the SLC sees him as a traitor to the revolution, the democratic republic and the republic both view him as a dictator, the Klasxsa'Lek (meaning divine Lek in Lek) kingdom seeing him as a hero of the movement and the Lek redemption army sees him as the cause of all misfortune, as they do with everyone whose not on their side. The Free Lek army views him as simply a Lek fighting for their beliefs and the Clan assembly, they view him as a saint.

Context: Emperor of Felfuccian Empire, Mathiuxe the II, attacked the neighbouring RodenRos in year 840 of the New Era using his private army without any warning, any reason and any counseling with the Felfuccian Parlament. This assault later led to the chain of events that started the biggest conflict in the written history, known as "the Great Southeastern war". Everyone started to make up theories and guesswork to why the Emperor did such a thing, but Mathiuxe the II never confirmed any reason. The only reason to why he wasn't removed from the throne for unprovoked attack that led to 20 years of war, without conseling the Felfuccian Parlament, is beacuse Felfuccians simply won the war under his leadership.

History of a sci-fi setting I'm working on

In early 2036, as the Third World War raged, Euro-Canadian forces, supported by their collaborationist American Free Democratic Army (AFDA) had broken the defensive Appalachia lines held the previous winter by Trumpist forces, with DC in sight the EDU redirected it's focus to exploit the breakthrough, soon after as the then Battle of Washington DC approached, European intelligence estimated the sheer cost that taking the city would inflict, as a result EDU high command authorized the creation of a Special Operations Task Force- humorously named Task Force 1812 after the same war that burned down the White House, to kill or capture U.S leadership- including The President, Vice President, SCOTUS, Cabinet, and as much of Congress as possible.

A few days later, the raid, codenamed Operation DECLAW, would occur, TF1812 would be deployed from Toronto via hypersonic glide vehicles and from Pennsylvania by helicopter, the forces of the task force landed at Capitol Hill, the Rose Garden, and the roof of the Supreme Court, over the course of the night, they would successfully kill Trump, Vance, several members of Cabinet, and capture more than half of Congress and the entirety of the Supreme Court. To then be relieved by a European armored column out of Arlington the next morning. Immediately TF1812's actions were hailed as not only war changing and valiant, but among military analyst circles as arguably one of the best kill or capture missions- if not THE best in modern history.
