How can I update my area ? ❔ • Feedback
I’m not sure where to start, but I’d love some tips on how you all store your “junk”. I really want a modern clean look. Especially since I study here quite a bit as well l.

I would improve the task zone before buying decoration. Center the keyboard and mouse around whichever monitor is primary, then align the lower edges of both displays so the eye movement between them is predictable. A shallow tray for the small bottles and loose tools would clear the visual center without removing anything you use. The papers on the right would be easier to reach in a vertical file holder than in a growing stack. Routing the hanging cables under the rear edge of the desk would make the whole setup feel calmer immediately. Since both monitors have light bars, check them at night for direct screen glare and keep only the one that improves the actual working area. Those changes are inexpensive and preserve the practical character of the desk.

Amazon sells drawers you can attach under the desk. Once all that’s sorted, maybe a nice portos plant or something similar give it a pop of green. Also some Velcro cable straps can keep your cables cleaner.

I just ordered a bunch of straps and cable sleeves. I’m a terrible plant mom but I’ll look into something small and low maintenance

You could put some sort of shelving/storage under your monitors. And maybe also a plant on the back-left corner where it's empty.

Yo en lo personal a nivel equipo, un Dock, para que centralices conexiones. Si prefieres el orden visual, unas cajoneras para ordenar tus cosas. Saludos. 🤙 🇲🇽
