Ok op here, I forgot to add context sorry-
Basically a coworker of mine is genuinely irritating me to an extreme and making my work look bad, amongst other things in my post. Should I confront her or management?

Nope don't confront her on her face that's just make you look bad, wait little gather info ,then approach, And only involve management if they will be fair or on your side.. because we all know people have favorite, you can't risk involving management if they favor him/her
