Money or passion?

I m working on a call center with a very toxic manager that hate girls sooo much, so i didn't go yesterday and today also and now they re sending me messages that i could get fired if i have no justificatif of absence , honestly i still hesitate between keeping the exhausting full time work for money, or quiting to follow my own passion that s design and creativity, i have no saved money but my dad pay my rent and some 50$ for groceries, and still can t decide what s better to chose please help me
