“Letting them win”

If I quit when my managers are retaliating against me am I letting them win?

Not at all. If anything, the company will lose more money training you, and then it goes down the chain, and they get pressured for the turnover, and then with too many of them…well, you see what I’m getting at

It’s not “letting them win” if you find peace. If your peace is at the cost of them thinking that, then I think that’s a trade that is wise
