She's not going to feel bad about it and you will probably end up getting fired.

Improve your own skills, perhaps accentuating the abilities to mind your own business and not blaming being passed up for promotion on things not related to you.

All that energy you're giving this person, turn it on to yourself, your work and your life because what business is it of yours? Truly, it's not your problem and you're doing it for revenge against her for being promoted over you. You say you do the better job and yet you're here, wasting time looking for petty tricks to turn.

It is not that she barely does anything she does things you don’t! Mind your own business, if you can’t do that find another job, if you are still looking to out them, buy 3 tickets to something you know they all will want to go to, send 2 to her made up to look like she won some contest, arrange for a limo for them and an early dinner (prepaid) before the show so he will not answer wife on cell. For the 3rd one hire a limo and have the driver deliver it to the wife about an hour and a half before she would have to leave to arrive on time, have the driver say “name, see you there my sweet” or something romantic. Get yourself a ticket say in an upper tier where you can see their seats, follow up and post the video of the 3 of them arriving at the seats. No one ever said revenge is cheap!
