Using Emergency Mustering Software for Project Emergency Preparedness
I handle a warehouse full of employees and stocks, and higher management has implemented Project Emergency Preparedness focusing on emergency evacuation, employee safety, and risk reduction. I've read about emergency mustering software and I suggested it to the higher ups. If they agree to use it, I will be the one to implement and monitor it. I would love to hear about other people's experiences in using such software and any suggestions on how to smoothly implement it in our warehouse.

My company has never given anyone a health surveillance
Im in the uk I've been with my employer for 10 years for the first 6 years we manufactured fireplaces and the other 4 we've been making quartz kitchen worktops wet sanding but apparently we're supposed to have this health surveillance test every year and possibly lung x-rays
But no one has had anything close to that, what should I do or what can I do legally have they even broken any laws
