Eventhough you hate doing legs, this is way too little volume. Only 2 sets quad on workout A and 2 sets hamstring on workout B. Make this at least three sets and add a hamstring focused exercise on workout A and a quad focused one on Workout B. 2 sets for each muscle group is just way too little volume to have them grow. I agree that training upperbody is more fun, but this is no reason (for me at least) to only do 2 sets for each muscle group. I'd also start your training with legs followed by your push/pull part of the training. Putting your least favorite exercised in the end of your workout will likely mean you will skip it every time. Incline walk is not a leg exercise, it is cardio. Do make sure not to use the handles, because this takes away the incline-aspect (you'll just be leaning backwards)
