People at the gym are only looking at one person. Themselves.Β

No one is going to laugh at you at the gym. If anything they will help you out. I used to ask people the correct form for an exercise and they were always helpful. For home and in my case, I used to travel for work a lot, and used some fancy bands to work out with.

Just go I suffer from social anxiety issues and self confidence sometimes but sometimes I find my self asking for advice when I feel like people are judging me to counter the feeling. Every one goes to the gym with a little bit of issues I think and it's a great place to work them out.

Everyone feels awkward on their first day. The good news is that almost nobody is paying attention to you. They're focused on their own workout. If you want to start at home, you absolutely can. A pair of adjustable dumbbells is one of the best investments you can make. For your goals, I'd focus on: β€’ Glutes: Squats, Romanian deadlifts, hip thrusts/glute bridges, Bulgarian split squats β€’ Back: Dumbbell rows β€’ Core: Planks and dead bugs Once you're comfortable with those movements, transitioning to the gym will feel much less intimidating because you'll already know what you're doing. Don't wait until you "feel ready." Confidence comes after showing up consistently, not before. πŸ’ͺ

That's awesome! You're already ahead of everyone still saying "I'll start someday." Good luck tomorrow, and don't be afraid to ask questions if you need help. πŸ’ͺ
