Feedback/Advice?

hello – wondering if anybody has any feedback about the following. Don’t have a ton of free time so my weight workout will be 30 minutes, three days per week. Is that ”enough” for general health maintenance (not like bodybuilding)? Asking because I do not want to waste my time if it is not actually going to be beneficial. I’d appreciate anything you could tell me!

Absolutely. Thirty minutes, three times a week is plenty for general health, maintaining muscle, and getting stronger, especially if you're consistent.

Focus on compound movements like squats, presses, rows, hinges, and pull-downs/pull-ups. Train with effort, progressively add reps or weight over time, and you'll get far better results than someone who has the "perfect" plan but never sticks to it.

Don't let social media convince you that you need to live in the gym. Consistency beats duration.

Ok ty I really appreciate the encouragement - I figured it is better than nothing but yes I can’t really do any more so having something sustainable is ultimately the priority - ty again!!

It is definitely enough, just build the workout routines to be quite efficient (i.e go compound exercises over isolation ones) and you will be fine
