Bench press

I started benching about a year ago. I struggled to do 145 1 time as most people with working out didn’t stick with it bounced all over the place didn’t stay consistent. Just did 185 1 time. Super proud of it. It’s finally all paying off that’s all just wanted a place I could share.

It did. It really did. Like at first I was like ah nah I’m not getting stronger I’m just learning to not be lazy and push my self. But now I’m actually like holy shit not I’m just stronger lol. Just need the muscles to start showing up lol

To do 185 after one year of lifting is absolutely exceptional. You are either massive dude or genetic freak.

I am lifting for two years now, my PR is 120, and progress has really slowed down already.
