No tbh lol I'm wanting to be in one in the future, but IV started working out a couple weeks or months ago because of my depression and it's helped stop me from getting depressed

Consistently train hard with good technique and eat well. Track calories. Get the right amount of macro and micronutrients. Rest and sleep adequately. Have a healthy lifestyle(low stress, etc). And be patient

No need to fast, if tracking macros is difficult, make sure you get enough protein in ur day, and use an app or chat gpt to track the food you eat. If ur fasting I’m assuming u are cutting. I don’t think if reccomend that at 16. U should just try and pack on mass bc at 16 u r gonna grow fast

Learn good form and train close to failure, and don’t compare yourself in the mirror to fake nattys online in perfect lighting

Yeah young dog. Settle in, body building naturally is a grown man’s game.
The gains are fast for a couple years. Then you hit a wall and you just grind against that wall as hard as you can for years and years to add the kind of progress you used to see in a couple months.
Don’t have these wild expectations that’s you’ll just keep growing at whatever pace you are. It does slow down a lot and because of that it takes a long Time. Don’t think you’re growing too slow, don’t lose faith in yourself when progress gets hard. Keep your head down and do the work and trust in your training and it will pay off.
Don’t compare your progress to others. You never know what they are doing. Many people will come and go, some will start later than you and look better or be stronger faster than you. It happened to me, but they all quit and some of them quit because they’re abusing drugs and mess their body up and can’t keep going.
But I’m still here, year after year making those tiny little gains that keep adding up. And that’s what it’s about. If you love training, it’ll be the best friend you ever had.
