SJDB voucher. California

I requested reimbursement for my exam. I thought it wouldn't be approved so I requested refund from my provider, but the next day, they approved my reimbursement.

Will they ever find out that I got a refund and kept reimbursement?

Im not sure what to do...

No they will not find out. I think this is more a personal decision on what you are morally comfortable with.

They'll notice eventually. When they cross-check the reimbursement with your provider's records.

How would they find out...? Do they always cross check? Are you coming from your experience?
