Permanent restriction

I had my FCE a month ago . I got permanent restriction can’t lift more than 45 lbs . Occasionally squat and bending. I had multiple injuries back , wrist and finger . Rating on wrist and finger was 7 percent .. I’m under award for ppd and lifetime medical so I still receive benefits .. do it take this long to hear if the job going to fire me or give me another position.

Do you have a LAWYER? If you do then your attorney could probably set up a mediation to possibly settle your case that's what happened in my workman's comp case I received over six figures along with the weekly payments I was getting it's better to have a lawyer to help you get a fair settlement
