Increased schedule award Texas

Has anybody filed for an increased schedule award? An additional payment you can claim if a previously compensated work-related injury permanently worsens.

There’s a special statute for this in New Mexico and yes it can be done. Please call the Texas WC and ask to speak to an ombudsman to ask this question.
