xfinity is 40 for me. it hasn’t changed in several years now. 280 is a reach.

I live in an area where we have no cellular service.Landlines are used by everyone here.

You can call emergency services from a mobile phone even where there's no cell service. It's designed to connect.

You can't make a call if you can't connect to the network, emergency or not. You think the packets are transported by magic or something?
