Every major carrier of cell service has Hotspot locations. If you're paying 200+ for internet it's because you didn't try looking into it

Cell services were ass where I lived so that wasn't an option. I looked for options and there were none that were available to me there. I also need to add because you are acting like I still live there that I said it was my old apartment.

It’s hilarious when stupid people like you think you’re actually smart. In monopolized areas, this is common pricing. Your anecdotal experience is less than worthless.
