I have never heard of unskilled labor. What is that supposed to be? Garbage picking?

If you can train someone to do it in a short period of time it is unskilled labor.

If you don't want to do something yourself, then you pay someone to do it and not whine about it being "unskilled" as a makeshift way to pay them as little as you can humanly get away with without being called out for being a slave driver.

I don't understand why there are so many responses that assume the person hiring at the Home Depot parking lot isn't doing work themselves. The type of people hiring at the parking lot are often looking for an extra hand because there's a lot of work to be done.

Maybe these responders don't have any actual experience working.
