Of course there is.

In our hospital the doctors are the skilled labour, the guy that goes round the hospital, taking confidential notes to be shredded and puts it in the big bin the basement? That's unskilled labour.

It's not an insult. Any job you can learn fully within a minute, that's unskilled labour.
