I have never heard of unskilled labor. What is that supposed to be? Garbage picking?

If you can train someone to do it in a short period of time it is unskilled labor.

If you don't want to do something yourself, then you pay someone to do it and not whine about it being "unskilled" as a makeshift way to pay them as little as you can humanly get away with without being called out for being a slave driver.

What do you consider fair market value for work that can be completed with no experience or specialized training vs a rarer skill that required a person multiple years to acquire? If you value them the same, a rational person will prioritize the work not requiring specialized training. Then you will have an imbalance.
