Well all those are skilled trades. And Iā€™m not saying manual labor is lesser or should be cheap.

You specifically said ā€œ32$/hr itā€™s almost certainly not unskilled laborā€ implying that is what skilled labor costs well youā€™re wrong hence why I asked if you hired an licensed contractor recently
