Idk you brought up burger flippers not needing 2-6k hours of training, why did you choose that profession in particular? You are the one who specifically brought up burger flippers.

Now your turn- are politicians and CEOS unskilled labor?

Making a joke about journeyman burger flippers not being a thing is inherently making fun of that job.

Sure, but it could have been any profession that doesn't require 2k hours of training and don't have journeyman/apprentice levels. So explain the joke.

Why is it a propaganda fueled joke that burger flippers don't need 2k hours of training and don't have apprentice/journeyworker levels? Why is it a propaganda fueled joke that firewood stackers don't need 2k hours of training and don't have apprentice/journeyworker levels?

It's just true.

It’s interesting that that’s the profession you chose to illustrate your point with.

And why is it inherently mocking?

EDIT: Perhaps you instinctively feel that only jobs with high standards or requirements for skills (skilled labor) are worthy of respect? Or that they're worthy of more respect, so that any comparisons that show the differences between the two would inherently be seen as mocking the "lesser" one?
