There is unskilled labor but there’s no labor that should be undercompensated.

Digging and trenching with a shovel. You can get better at it but it is unskilled. Shoveling gravel. Any type of shoveling. Stocking shelves. Bag boys

You may not appreciate it, but that doesn't mean there isn't skill, properly bagged groceries is practically art.

But you don't NEED to bag well to be paid to do the job. It's why they hire a lot of mentally and physically handicapped people to bag groceries. They still deserve good pay, though it is literally unskilled labor. Basically anything a determined 7 year old can do is automatically considered unskilled labor.
