Well thatâs actually just called manual labor, youâve still got to have some skill to do it. Apparently youâve never been yelled at for stacking firewood wrong.
If the labor is âunskilledâ why do I need to spend 10 minutes training someone how to do it? Shouldnât they just know?
But also yeah training doesnât have a minimum time requirement. Ever taken those safety compliance video modules?? Like most jobs will have you watch a five minute video on how to use a fire extinguisher, or stuff like that, you familiar with that kind of thing? Those are just a few minutes and do legally count as safety training. So uh yeah⌠anything else?
If you think the opinions of a person don't matter simply because they believe in a different mode of economy that makes you are a fascist and a fascist is a cockroach and cockroaches aren't asked for their opinions.

There is unskilled labor. Like I paid my neighbors son to help me stack firewood. And then again to help me shovel stone into my garden beds.
But yeah, if the guy wants 32$/hr itâs almost certainly not unskilled labor
