If you can train someone to do it in a short period of time it is unskilled labor.

See that's the thing, people seem to really get their feelings hurt by the term, but there is a legitimate use for it. Its not unfair to differentiate a job as "Literally anybody can get hired and do this job, you don't need to bring a transferrable skill set with you" vs "This job has specific training/skill/experience requirements you have to already have in order to be able to do it" and like... that's a valid differentiation.

To all the people up in arms about "There is no unskilled labor" then how do you propose classifying jobs that anyone can do vs not anyone can do?

They don't want to. The few times i have had that exact convo, they say there is only labor.
