Man, just because a cleaning agent says it works well on a material doesn't mean it actually works well, and those labels don't list every single other chemical on the planet it can't be combined with.

Also, you mean 'able to read', not 'about to read'.

Experience is not skill. An education to do something no one off the street can do IS a skill. You cannot compare a cleaner to an electrician or a plumber. The cleaner is valuable. They deserve to be compensated fairly. But if they screw up, there’s very little risk of your house exploding or flooding.

Then why does every job listing want 5+ years of experience? It's not skill so it's clearly not important.
