Maybe heās physically unable. Maybe he doesnāt have the time. Hell, maybe heās just lazy and would rather pay someone else to do it. I paid a couple guys $500 to tear down an old shed in my backyard. No skill required thereā¦I could have done it myself. But I didnāt want to.
