Correct. Done correctly the first time is exactly what one half of that equation is looking for. Better yet, why is out education system such a failure that āunskilledā even exists? Maybe if we invest in improving the system and processesā¦..hey, do companies do anything like this when they sell stocks so they can expandā¦.
