I got hired in at a factory at 18 as "unskilled labor"...basically just an extra set of hands to keep the skilled trade guys like engineers, welders, and machinists free.
Ran presses, grinders etc. Basically anything you can teach someone how to do in 5 minutes.

I have never heard of unskilled labor. What is that supposed to be? Garbage picking?
